Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for refunds of payments made for consulting and informational services provided under programs.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Agreement for the provision of consulting and informational services.
1.2. Payment for the services constitutes the Client’s full acceptance of this Policy.
1.3. The services are of a consulting and informational nature and do not constitute educational activities.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the Program and receive a refund only before the start date of the services.
2.2. The start date of the services is the date of the first online consulting session of the Program.
2.3. After the start date of the services, the Provider’s obligations are deemed to be fulfilled, and no refunds shall be issued, regardless of the Client’s actual participation in individual sessions.

3. Absences and Early Termination

3.1. Missing consulting sessions for personal reasons does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.2. In the event of early termination of participation by the Client after the Program has started, no refund shall be provided.
3.3. If the Client’s participation is terminated due to a breach of the Agreement or Participation Rules, no refund shall be issued.

4. Refund Procedure

4.1. To request a refund before the start of the Program, the Client must submit a written notice to the Provider.
4.2. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within a reasonable period after the withdrawal is confirmed.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Policy, provided that the conditions for Clients who have already paid for the services are not worsened.
5.2. Any matters not regulated by this Policy shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement.
