Participation Rules for the Consulting Program
The rules set out below are an integral part of the Agreement for the provision of consulting and informational services under the Programs.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules define the procedure for the Client’s participation in the consulting program, the format of interaction with the Provider, and the terms of service delivery.
1.2. The Program is of a consulting and informational nature and does not constitute educational activities.
1.3. Participation in the Program constitutes the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
2. Participation Format
2.1. The Program is conducted in the format of live online consulting sessions.
2.2. Video recordings of the consulting sessions are not provided.
2.3. Access to the online sessions is granted exclusively to the Client and may not be transferred to third parties.
2.4. The Provider has the right to change the session schedule, notifying the Client at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Client’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Client is obliged to:
• maintain a professional and respectful communication format;
• participate in the sessions personally;
• not record, broadcast, or distribute the Program content.
3.2. The Client understands that missing sessions for personal reasons is not grounds for extending the Program or receiving a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All materials, methodologies, templates, and analytical approaches used in the Program are the intellectual property of the Provider.
4.2. Copying, distribution, publication, or commercial use of the materials without the Provider’s written consent is prohibited.
5. Liability and Limitations
5.1. The information provided within the Program is of a recommendatory nature.
5.2. The Provider shall not be liable for decisions made by the Client based on the information received.
5.3. The Provider does not guarantee any commercial, financial, or other results.
6. Refunds and Termination of Participation
6.1. Refunds are possible only before the start date of the Program.
6.2. In the event of a breach of these Rules by the Client, the Provider has the right to terminate the Client’s participation in the Program without issuing a refund.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. These Rules enter into force from the moment the Agreement is signed.
7.2. Any matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement.
